Return Policy

If our Life Force Harmonizer or other products fail to satisfactorily enhance your health, sleep and mental or physical performance within 30 days of purchase, you may request for a refund. You must establish technical support prior to your return request and attempt to use the device as instructed by our representatives, ONLY after that is done, and if you still would like to return the item, you may do so - a 10% restocking fee will apply.

There are no refunds for digital products.

Products must be returned to us complete in like-new and fully working condition.

For return packages, please contact us kindly with the reason for return and we will provide the return address to send your package.

Damage Upon Receipt of Goods

If the product is not in good condition upon delivery, please take the following steps:

If the package is not in good condition and the mail carrier or driver is present, save the packaging materials, take photos and contact us within 3 business days, and inform the carrier to take note of the damage. We will get in touch with the carrier and settle claims. Upon approval of the claim, we will send a replacement shipment. However, if the carrier or driver is not present during the time the package was opened, we may need you to repack the damaged item and return it to us. We will shoulder all the shipping costs and settle claims with the carrier. We will only accept items to be returned if they have been damaged during shipping. If the customer damaged the items during normal and daily use, we will not issue refunds to the customer.

Shipping Rules

Upon receiving your order, items will be hand-crafted which will take 4-6 weeks. Shipping will take another 1-2 weeks depending on your location. We use United States Postal Service and also ship using Parcel Post larger shipments. The tracking number will be sent to your provided email upon shipping. An additional cost will be charged for expedited shipping services such as overnight or two day shipping. You may contact us at for international and rush shipping and we will estimate your shipping charges depending on your choice of service and location. We ship internationally to selected countries and to many APO FPO Services. is not responsible for shipments once items are already deployed by the shipper.


A sales tax is required for British Columbia residents, unless you can produce a valid resale certificate or nonprofit exemption. If you are tax exempt, please contact us.

Cancellations & Rejected Orders

Orders that were placed may not be cancelled unless we are notified by 10 am (PST) of the next business day after you placed the order that needs to be cancelled as we may begin crafting the order immediately or until the next business day. If you have an emergency and want to inform us to cancel or stop the order immediately, email us at A 10% restocking fee will apply. The Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Occasionally we create promotions that may provide discounts on the product or offer free products and services. These promotions are not pre-announced, so they may occur immediately after your purchase. We do not have price protection or promo guarantee. Your Life Force Harmonizer device is unconditionally warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 Years! 

This DOES NOT include the following:

Misuse / accidental damage includes cut, chewed or crimped cables, water damage, high density impact, regular wear and tear, overheating.
